During normal working hours:

• For a routine physical examination or a medical follow up, call our office and an appointment will be made for you at your convenience. You may also email us your requested appointment time if you are registered with our secure email messaging system.
• For a sick visit, call our office and an appointment will be made for you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
• For emergency needs, call our office and a trained healthcare provider will guide you on how, when, and where to obtain needed medical services.

After normal working hours:

You should call our office and receive directions on how to access a physician. A physician is always available, twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. For emergent issues that cannot wait until the next business day, we strongly encourage you to contact our on call physician prior to making any medical decisions or being seen at a local urgent care center. You will always receive clear instructions on what to do and where to go.

NOTE: If you believe that you have a severe medical problem, we strongly recommend that you immediately go to the nearest hospital emergency room or dial 911.
