Career Assessement Program:

This program is designed to enhance your quality of life and career outlook. With test analysis and discussion, we are able to offer insight into your personality characteristics and preferences and apply those to a rewarding and fulfilling career. We are pleased to offer our services to all clients above 15 years of age.

Career testing is a very valuable tool that should be used more often in guiding our graduating high school students and even adults in their quest for determining what job field they would be most satisfied in performing.

For a small fee (not covered by most medical insurance) a TFMC staff member will provide you with the website and access code to that you can take this 45 minute “personal interest test” in the comfort of your own home and at your convenience. Once completed, the test will be evaluated and cross referenced with thousands of traditional jobs in order to match you up with jobs that fit your interests best. We all know that a job you are most interested in is one that you will likely enjoy and be able to make a career out of.

Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program:

21st Century Healthcare, LLC is proud to introduce an intense and medically supervised weight loss program. Dr. Piccioni and Dr. Paulsen have a combined total of more than 25 years of weight loss experience. We know what needs to be done to accomplish successful weight loss. We now offer an in-depth, personalized program to help you attain your goals.

We base our weight loss program on the premise that significant patient behavior modifications are necessary. Our program is different and more successful than many other weight loss programs because we directly teach and coach you along the way. We help you to fully understand what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how it needs to be done to effectively lose weight, and more importantly, keep the weight off!
